Telehealth Therapy for Autistic & ADHD Adults
States Licensed for Telehealth Therapy
Because telehealth makes it possible to work across state lines, one of the most common questions people have is simply:
Am I allowed to work with you from where I live?
I provide neurodiversity-affirming telehealth therapy to autistic and ADHD adults who are physically located in the states where I am licensed at the time of sessions.
Licensure matters. This page is here to offer clarity, so you don’t have to wonder whether this work is available to you.
If you’re located in one of the states below, you’re welcome to explore whether this feels like a supportive fit.
States Where I Currently Provide Telehealth Therapy
I am licensed to provide telehealth therapy to adults located in:
-
Minnesota
-
Florida
-
Arizona
-
Ohio
Each state has its own licensure requirements and regulations. Therapy is available only to clients who are physically located in one of these states during sessions.

A Note About Telehealth and Fit
Being licensed in your state is one part of the picture.
The other part is whether the approach, pacing, and values feel right for you.
Telehealth often allows therapy to happen in a way that’s more supportive for neurodivergent adults—without the added strain of travel, sensory overload, or navigating environments that weren’t designed with your nervous system in mind.
At the same time, therapy is relational and personal. Fit matters.
If you’re unsure, that uncertainty is welcome here.
Not in One of These States?
If you’re located outside of Minnesota, Florida, Arizona, or Ohio, I’m not currently able to offer therapy due to licensure limits.
You may still find support through:
-
Neurodiversity-affirming online courses (available regardless of location) [Courses page]
-
Directories that list providers licensed in your state
-
Therapists who share a neurodiversity-affirming approach
Understanding your options—even when the answer isn’t what you hoped—is still a meaningful step.
