Neurodiversity Affirming
Telehealth Therapy for Autistic & ADHD Adults
States Licensed for Telehealth Therapy
Because telehealth makes it possible to work across state lines, one of the most common questions people have is simply:
“Can I work with you from where I live?”
I provide neurodiversity-affirming telehealth therapy to autistic and ADHD adults who are physically located in the states where I am licensed at the time of sessions.
Licensing laws determine where therapy can legally take place. This page is here to provide clarity so you do not have to spend time trying to navigate those requirements on your own.
If you are located in one of the states below, you are welcome to explore whether this work feels like a supportive fit for you.
Where I Currently Provide Telehealth Therapy
I currently provide telehealth therapy to adults physically located in Minnesota, Florida, Arizona, or Ohio.
Because each state has its own licensing requirements, sessions can only take place while you are physically located in one of these states at the time of the appointment, even if you permanently live elsewhere.
If you would like more information about therapy services in your state, you are welcome to explore the pages below:
Not in One of These States?
If you’re located outside of Minnesota, Florida, Arizona, or Ohio, I’m not currently able to offer therapy due to licensure limits.
You may still find support through neurodiversity-affirming online courses, which are available worldwide and designed to support self-understanding, burnout recovery, nervous system awareness, and neurodivergent-oriented psychoeducation at your own pace.

You may also benefit from exploring:
• neurodivergent-affirming therapist directories
• providers licensed in your state
• therapists who work from a neurodiversity-affirming framework
Even when the answer is not the one you were hoping for, understanding your options more clearly is still meaningful.
