Telehealth Therapy for Autistic & ADHD Adults in Florida
Neurodiversity-affirming therapy for adults across Florida
If you’re an autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD adult living in Florida and feeling worn down by years of masking, burnout, or trying to function in systems that never quite fit, you’re not alone.
I provide telehealth therapy to clients physically located in Florida in accordance with state licensure laws.
Sessions are held via secure telehealth, allowing therapy to happen in a space that feels quieter, more regulated, and more supportive of your nervous system.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding yourself more accurately and setting down the weight you’ve been carrying.
Why Telehealth Often Works Better
For many neurodivergent adults, in-person therapy adds layers of strain—travel, traffic, sensory input, and the expectation to perform “appropriately” in a clinical setting.
Telehealth offers a different starting point.
It often means:
-
Less energy spent navigating logistics
-
Reduced sensory demands
-
More consistency during burnout
-
Access to specialized care that may not be available locally
For many people, telehealth isn’t a compromise. It’s a better fit.
My Approach
I work with autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults, many of whom are late-identified or self-discovering.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed, grounded in the understanding that your experiences make sense in context.
Together, we explore:
-
Burnout and exhaustion
-
Masking and long-term adaptation
-
Identity shifts and self-understanding
-
Emotional regulation and nervous system needs
-
Building a life that fits your capacity
You don’t need to translate yourself here.
What Therapy Looks Like
Sessions are held via secure telehealth and move at a pace shaped by your nervous system.
Some sessions focus on support. Others allow for deeper reflection and integration.
You don’t need to arrive with a clear plan.
