You Are Not Overreacting
A Neurodivergent Guide to Surviving Unstable Times
Course Access & Enrollment
This course was created for autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults who feel overwhelmed, discouraged, vigilant, emotionally exhausted, or worn down by ongoing instability and uncertainty.
Many people arrive here carrying a persistent feeling that something is wrong with them because of how strongly they are responding to what is happening around them.
They may have been told they are overreacting, paying too much attention, worrying too much, or taking things too personally.
And yet those explanations often fail to account for the full picture.
This course offers a different possibility.
What if many of your reactions make more sense than you've been led to believe?
What if overwhelm, exhaustion, vigilance, grief, frustration, uncertainty, and nervous system strain are understandable responses to prolonged instability rather than evidence that you are failing to cope?
The purpose of this course is not to tell you what to think.
The purpose is to help you better understand what you may be experiencing.
Through a neurodivergent-affirming lens, we'll explore overwhelm, uncertainty, nervous system responses, moral injury, information overload, and sustainable ways of relating to difficult realities without minimizing them or turning away from them.
The goal is understanding and orientation, not diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.
