Course Access & Enrollment

You’re enrolling in A Map for Neurodivergent Self-Understanding, a paced, psychoeducational course designed to support understanding and orientation after late recognition, burnout, and identity change.

There are no deadlines, performance requirements, or expectations to move faster than your capacity.

What’s Included

Your enrollment provides access to the full course as it is released, including:

  • Seven core phases that reflect common emotional landscapes after late recognition
  • Multiple modules within each phase, with both video and written content
  • A downloadable companion workbook
  • Optional reflection prompts and exercises for deeper engagement
  • Ongoing access to all released materials

You’re free to move through the material slowly, selectively, or return to it as needed.

Access & Pacing

Course content is released gradually to support nervous system safety and reduce information overload.

Once a module is released, it remains available to you.
There are no deadlines, grades, or expectations to complete the course in a particular way.

The structure exists to support orientation and integration—not momentum.
